The Hickman, a nonprofit senior care community in West Chester, Pennsylvania, hired Blue Blaze to create a comprehensive layered marketing campaign to build buzz and generate qualified leads for a major building expansion project.

Our services for The Hickman included a competitive review and brand refresh, redesign of the main website, and fresh creative for all print collateral. Blue Blaze received a Gold MarCom Award for new print media and brochure designs, including brochures, marketing kit, newsletter, direct mail, invitations, letterhead, and signage.

Blue Blaze designed a multi-channel advertising strategy to boost lead generation utilizing regional print, radio, and digital ad buys, combined with search engine and PPC marketing (Google and Facebook) campaigns. Results were tracked through a separate website landing page and unique phone numbers. Media relations and public relations services included story pitching to reporters and editors for earned media.

To commemorate The Hickman’s long history of pioneering senior living services in the region, Blue Blaze designed a 19-foot mural to be installed in the Community Meeting Room of the new Anna T. Jeanes Building.
