White Horse Village, an active senior living community in Newtown Square, PA, engaged Blue Blaze to distinguish its brand in a highly competitive market. The community possesses a unique culture beloved by residents, but White Horse Village management needed to improve brand awareness. Working closely with the WHV leadership team, Blue Blaze developed a multi-channel strategic marketing plan. The first phase included rebranding, print materials, and designing a new website.

The project kicked off with a discovery process, including a competitive analysis and conducting focus groups with residents, team members, and management. It had been 30 years since the original brand had been created, so Blue Blaze worked closely with the board, senior leadership team, and resident leaders to implement a design refresh. Key visual elements were thoughtfully preserved as the overall mark was updated and streamlined with a new tagline.

Next, Blue Blaze redesigned all of the White Horse Village print materials, including a custom marketing kit, sales brochures, and newsletters. A vibrant website now authentically conveys the brand and features new functionality such as 360° virtual video tours and downloadable sales materials.

The second phase of the comprehensive marketing plan is underway, and the Blue Blaze team is working closely with White Horse Village on strategic initiatives, including buyer journey and marketing persona development, advertising and media management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, social media strategy, and public relations services.
